Associate Project Manger

Kayla has over 5 years of experience in the world of Tenant Improvement Construction serving several roles including Project Assistant, Project Engineer, and Assistant Project Manager. Kayla’s experience in project management have encompassed a variety of industries including tech, life sciences, law firms, universities, hospitals, and much more. Kayla focuses on project success through strategic team-building and technical expertise.

Kayla is a thorough communicator who is able to handle multiple tasks successfully and maintain a cooperative team environment. As a graduate of San Jose State University, with a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning, Kayla relishes the potential that place-making can have for the built environment.

Kayla has worked in field of urban planning, development, building, and construction for over 5 years, and has been involved in all phases of the project starting from the bidding process, to project implementation, and closeout. Before starting her career with The CRE Group Kayla was an assistant project manager for a land development company where she was responsible for managing all of their projects outside of the California region. In addition, Kayla has independently managed several small scale commercial construction projects as well as many multimillion-dollar projects under the direction of senior project managers.
