Associate Project Manager

Travis Zeiler, Associate Project Manager, is a Bay Area native who moved to San Francisco after living in Sacramento for over a decade. Travis joined us with a background of experiences ranging from leading the local research department at Cushman & Wakefield in Sacramento to helping grow the Title-Only office of North American Title Company as assistant branch manager. Travis has also sold television and online advertising time for KCRA 3 & My58 TV in Sacramento, and has even been a movie extra in feature films like San Andreas, Ant Man and Steve Jobs, filmed right here in San Francisco. As you can tell, Travis brings a very diverse skill set to the table, whether you need technical or creative expertise, and is your go-to problem solver no matter what.

Travis lives in San Francisco and holds his BA in Digital Media Marketing (cum laude) from UC Santa Cruz, as well as his real estate salesperson’s license (BRE# 01922728) and even his private pilot’s license (since the age of 17 – rated for fixed wing, and working on learning helicopters in the future). Travis values education and professional credentials, but would rather have a day’s worth of hands-on experience than a year’s worth of theoretical learning only, so don’t be surprised when he is not afraid to get his hands dirty to get things done.

Travis is responsible for supporting senior leadership at The CRE Group and managing his own tenant improvement projects. If you have a question or need information on which direction to take on a project or whom to contact, Travis is a master of research and can get you the answers you need quickly. Travis has been fascinated by commercial real estate for many years, and loves the opportunity to learn something new every day about the construction of vast office towers, giant warehouses and sprawling retail centers.

When Travis is not enjoying his job, you can usually find him at the beach surfing or kayaking, if not at the airport gawking at Cessna Citations or preparing to go skydiving. If it’s a rainy day, Travis is also a painter, website designer and craft beer aficionado. “Life is short, so live it to the fullest!” (Travis puede hablar Español, tambien.)
